I've had the pleasure of enjoying the Carving House and Adirondack Smoke for the past few weeks. The Carving House is a serious addition to any red meat or pork. The Adirondack Smoke is a winner with chicken, fish and pork. A suggested recipe is using the Carving House on bacon, which I did, and that bacon was wrapped around jalapenos with cream cheese seasoned with chorizo and the Adirondack Smoke, and that was life changing good. I have a brisket staring at me and enough Carving House to get it going, so that's next on the list. Top notch products and equally great people behind them. Thanks again!!
