    Perfection

    Used as a rub on a chuck roast, yep a chuck roast (price was right for beef). Applied rub to all sides, let sit wrapped for 2-3 days. Fired up the grill to 600+ degrees. Seared all sides, killed three burners let outboard ones on low, temp down to 325 ish for 1-1.5 hours. Took off and rested for 5 minutes. Incredible flavor! The picture is all you need.     Chicken wings have never tasted so good!
    Being from Buffalo, NY one would think that I have tried every variety known to the civil world of chicken wing flavor…..but the Deep Hickory BBQ flavor takes it to a new level! WOW

    Given it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

    Great addition to any beef or pork BBQ

    Adds great flavor without being overwhelming. Used it on pork ribs and shoulder as well as on beef steaks. Love it and a repeat customer.
