I've only used on making Nashville hot chicken tenders so far, but I honestly feel like it was some of the best chicken I've ever made. I feel like the one bottle I ordered is going to go fast, and would happily re-order!

Perfect combination of flavors

I made a mistake in ordering Thrillbilly & that mistake was only ordering 1. At first bite you get a sweetness & then bamn!!!! a hot spicy finish. I gift a lot of food products & this is going to be a go to gift if I don't hoard it all for myself first.

Love it

I am a professional chef and I love this seasoning. I’ve tried it on chicken wings, fried cauliflower, fries and it made a beautiful crusty, flavorful chicken sandwich. Sweet at first, then the cumin and then smack with delicious heat. I crushed almost a whole bottle in few weeks, glad I got the three pack!
