Butch lived a strenuous and humble existence in the hills of Pennsylvania. Making his living falling trees and hand hewing lumber, bartering it off for his next meal.Two notes on Butch; he had hands of stone and he knew how to enjoy a proper meal.Each time a prime cut was on the menu - Brisket, Prime Rib, Ribeye... Butch would grab his fresh herbs and spice and hand grind his hearty blend.A fair trade... a few hand-crafted Oak beams for a fresh cut prime roast from the local ranch. His beams held a roof over the very beef he consumed.Butch has passed but his legend lives on.

Got my daughter to eat beef!
I have a 12-year-old girl that will hardly eat any meat that I make at home. I put Carvers Prime on some ground beef and she ate a 1/2 pound of meat in one sitting. I’ll keep this one in stock just to keep her eating beef.
It was amazing on two fillets I fixed for myself as well.

AMAZING
Used the Carver's Prime Rub for the first time this weekend on a standing rib roast - absolutely amazing! Can't wait to try it on some ribeyes. This will be become a mainstay in my seasoning arsenal!
