    Cheap cuts? No problem!

    I grilled up enough meat for 15 people last week. A rack of ribs, two pork loins, some chicken and veggie kabobs, and some steak bites. The steak bites were covered in Carving House, one of my favorite Tacticalories blends, and the rack of ribs and one of the loins were rubbed down with Adirondack Smoke. Everyone loved it, including my older brother who has received compliments from professional grillmasters on the meats he smokes.
    Seasoned heavily, smoked for 20 minutes over applewood chips, wrapped in foil on a gas grill for 2 hours, then re-seasoned and tossed over the flames for 15 more minutes, the meat was falling off of the bone and the flavor was so distracting and delicious that my family ate dinner quietly because they couldn't get enough. I'd offer up the leftovers, but there weren't any.

    Amazing on any meat you’re cooking!

    Ground beef, steak, venison, chops, ribs, chicken, it has been an amazing blend on each so far. I look forward to trying it on more. You won’t be disappointed!

    Fantastic blend

    Used it a few times a different meats. Each time they come out amazing. Best rib rub I have ever used. Been smoking meat for years and this is the best rub. Definitely a staple when I cook ribs!!
