Awesome flavor. I have never not loved anything for this site. Must buy and try.

I marinated a tri tip roast for 2 days. Smoked it on my Trager low and slow until it reached 130 degrees. Took it out and put in on a hot grill for a quick sear. It was great as usual but not much pop from the marinade. I cook this cut all the time and frankly I couldn’t taste much of the marinade. Maybe I needed to baste it more at the end.

This is definitely one of my favorite marinades. Such great flavor, it adds so much to chicken!

It was good needed a little more flavor I gave some to my friends they said the same thing need a little more spices but it was good
