For this launch, we've incorporated some testers born and raised in the South. We know our roots, but we also know our taste-buds. We wanted to create our own version of a classic rural Cajun flavor while paying homage to the gods of the Bayou.

Outstanding Cajun Seasoning

I have tried probably every store-bought cajun rub but I have officially replaced all of them with Tacticalories Dirty South.
Finally, a cajun seasoning that has the perfect balance of flavor/heat without the overpowering saltiness.
The picture is a cajun chicken/sausage pasta dish that I made this week using this seasoning and it was outstanding.
(Even my 12-year old daughter had 2 helpings of it…..)

Great Cajun seasoning on the milder side (to me anyway). Very flavorful and perfect on wings.

This seasoning is my go-to seasoning for wings. Paired with the helldiver sauce, these wings are MONEY! It’s the right amount of spice and flavor and my entire family loves this seasoning. (picky teenager approved!)
