ABOUT THE BLEND

Born from an idea... an idea fueled by craft beer and good times in a cabin in the woods outside of Saranac Lake, NY last winter... deep in the heart of the Adirondack Park. 

This idea was to go against the grain. Sure, I love southern-inspired recipes as much as the next guy but never before had I had a seasoning blend that could bring the fresh mountain air of the North East to any dish I create. There's just something about the smell of natural hickory smoke that sets me right with the world. With a packed wood stove pumping out heat and the scent of the mountains, Adirondack Smoke was born.

Once I let some friends and family test the blend, I knew I had to bring it to market. Now the time has come to grab up some of this truly one-of-a-kind BBQ seasoning and bring the mountains home.

Phenomenal!!

This is one of our favorite Tacticalories seasonings and is honestly a staple in our spice cupboard. We don’t play favorites with this one, we put it in absolutely everything.

What a surprise!

Adirondack took me by surprise, in the best way possible! It wasn’t what I expected, and that’s a good thing! I used this on my cheesy tater foil pack (cut taters, American cheese, butter, and Adirondack seasoning) and holy cow, what a burst of flavor that truly set it apart! I’m forever in love now and can’t wait to try this on a variety of other foods.

Tastes like taco seasoning to me...

It's good, but not what I expected. Tastes more like taco seasoning than BBQ rub, so that's how we used it! In case you're wondering. They were BOMB tacos!! :)

Great hickory rub!

Used this on smoke pork ribs I was smoking. Amazing flavor! Now I just put it on everything.

Fantastic
