Love it!!! Bought two and use it everyday on my eggs.
Had a taste at Winter Strong and fell in love. Keep the spice cabinet stocked with it ever since. What a great do it all blend, goes on everything - chicken and fish to Boston Butts. Thanks to my boys at Sorinex for the inspiration on a great blend.
First had it at SS12 and now on my second order of it! Marinate with some Hell Diver and then season with this on the grill... 👌🏼
I though Hand Cannon and Carving House were my favorite, until this guy showed up. It’s the perfect flavor profile to use on all meats, and even fish. My favorite so far is to brush chicken tenderloins or thighs with EVOO, give it a good dose of this stuff, let it marinate for an hour - and while the grill heats up, lather them up with the Apple Whiskey BBQ sauce and sear them quick to caramelize the sauce. Unreal good. Bosco’s Blend might be the new heavyweight champ of the lineup
Bosco blend and Carving House are easily our two favorite seasonings in the house. Been using the Bosco mixed with a little hot sauce and EVOO to make a paste, rub down some chicken thighs, and marinate in the fridge. They turn out amazing on the grill and the heat is perfect for everyone. Not too much for the kids or wife and enough heat to keep me happy and coming back for more.
