I tried this on my ham after double smoking it over cherry wood and it was absolutely the best. People who don't even like ham ,loved this. You could put this on anything and it would be great.

This was one of the best glazes I've had. Made our Easter ham out of this world.

bought 3 bottles to test out before getting it for the business and the flavor was amazing. So much in fact that my kids had seconds of the ham chunks I made with the glaze. I'll definitely have to stock up on both personal and business with this one.
