BORN IN BUFFALO: HELLDIVER Buffalo Chicken Naan Pizza


Talk about a LEVEL up…. If you're sleeping on Naan pizza you're missing the boat. This stuff is unbelievable.



  • Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip recipe (See above)
  • 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ⅓ cup of Plain Yogurt
  • ⅕ Cup of Warm Water



  • Preheat a Cast Iron or flat top grill to medium high heat
  • Combine Flour, Yeast, Salt, Baking Soda, and Baking Powder and mix on low with a paddle attachment to combine
  • Add Yogurt and water and mix until you have a shaggy dough.
  • Switch to the hook attachment and go for 4 minutes at a medium speed
  • Flour a flat surface and place the dough on top and add a little more flour to the top of the dough
  • Knead without overworking and cut into four pieces and roll them into balls
  • Cover and let rise for 1 hour
  • Use a rolling pin to roll each dough ball into an oblong shape to a ¼ inch thickness
  • Place the rolled out dough onto the pan (no oil) and cover it for 30-60 seconds then flip and cook covered for another 30-60 seconds
  • Smear some Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip onto the Naan and cover with Mozzarella and Bake at 350 until the mozzarella is melted
  • Cut and serve
