First things first .. Great company that shipped out my order right away and I got it fast . The bottles were pact so nice and with care . I bought 3 different ones from here and the first one I tried was the candy apple whiskey one. It has a great flavor and went really good on BBQ ribs . Can't wait to try it on other things .

Smoked a brisket for Christmas dinner and it turned out great! Big Hoss made a nice thick black crust that was delicious. I was excited to see it had good amount of coarse ground black pepper which is a must for a good base. Will go to this every time I do a brisket in the future.

Great reference to the Highlander movie. Big fan of both!

Holy hell, you think you know salsa. This is to die for. My entire family has become obsessed with this little jar. Pair it with salmon or just eat it straight with chips. I was told by my family that this was the best tasting turkey I ever smoked. I used the brine and the rub, came out so juicy and tasty.

First time using the turkey brine and seasoning and it was a hit! I smoked one turkey using the brine kit and did another turkey in the oven with a different brine. Everyone commented that next year to forget about the oven turkey and only do the smoked turkey using the Gobbler Hollow. Definitely my go to for any future turkey cooks!
