Pre-heat your oven or pellet grill to 400*F. Chop about ¼” off of the garlic bulb to expose the individual cloves inside. Place them, cut side down onto a sheet of aluminum foil direction onto a mix of 1 tablespoon olive oil, a dusting of Fresh to Death Salt & Pepper, and 1 tablespoon of our Beyond Black rub.
Fold the aluminum foil up around the bulb to make a little pouch. Place these pouches into the oven or pellet grill @ 400*F for about 45 minutes. Don’t forget to set a timer.
While the garlic is roasting, pull 2 sticks of butter from the refrigerator and place them in a large mixing bowl to bring closer to room temp.
Pull the garlic from the oven and squeeze the cloves out of the bulb directly into the bowl of butter. Add a dusting of salt to the mix. Mix well until it starts to look like thick whipped cream.
The freshly whipped compound butter can be refrigerated for future use!
