FIRING LIME CHIPOTLE CHIMICHURRI

Learning how to whip-up a fresh chimichurri topping for your next seared steak has to be close to a super-power. There are thousands of recipes out there, from authentic Argentinian to purpose built for specific entrees. There are many like it, but this one is ours.

We prefer hand chopping and mixing... we like it chunky. Food processors have a tendency to blend too far.

This recipe is all about #1 flavor... #2 flavor... and then #3 flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch of Chopped Parsley
  • 1 Bunch of Chopped Cilantro
  • 4 Cloves of Garlic
  • ½ Cup of Minced Red Onion
  • ¼ Cup of Olive Oil
  • ½ Cup of Red Wine Vinegar
  • ½ Cup of Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice (Approx. 2 Limes)
  • 1 Tablespoon of Tacticalories Firing Lime Chipotle Lime Seasoning

Instructions

  • Finely Chop Parsley, Cilantro, Garlic, Red Onion. *Do Not Use a Food Processor*
  • Add Chopped ingredients into a bowl and add Red Wine Vinegar, Olive Oil, Firing Lime Seasoning and Squeeze the limes in.
  • Mix and Chill until serving
