DOCKSIDER + Riptide Foil Boil

  • 1 Pound of Shrimp
  • 1 Pound of Small Red Potatoes (cut to 2 inch Thickness)
  • 1 Pound of Andouille (Sliced)
  • 3 ears of Corn (cut into quarters)
  • ½ of an Onion (Sliced)
  • 1 Jalapeno (Sliced)
  • Parsley (for a little pop of green)
  • 4 Tablespoons of Docksider Old Atlantic Spice Blend
  • 4 Tablespoons of Butter
  • 4 Tablespoons of Riptide Habanero Hot Sauce


  • Set Grill to 400 Degrees
  • Add salted water to a pot and boil on a burner
  • Add Potatoes and Corn to the pot and reduce to a simmer. Cook for 10 minutes, drain and place into a large mixing bowl
  • Use Heavy duty Foil and make (8) 12 inch by 12 inch squares. Fold up the edges of 4 of the squares to make a boat shape. 
  • Add Shrimp, Andouille, Onion, Jalapeno and Docksider Old Atlantic Spice Blend to the bowl with the Potatoes and Corn
  • Melt butter and add Riptide Habanero Hot sauce and a hefty pour of your favorite summertime beer. Pour over the bowl and mix
  • Create four portions and put them into the Foil Boats. Cover with the other pieces of foil and crimp it to seal it
  • Grill for 16 minutes (8 minutes of each side)
  • Crack another beer and enjoy!
