This recipe will make enough for you and your date. If you don't have a date, you will have two Creme Brulees which may be even better than having a date.

  • 2 cups of Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup of Turbinado Sugar, divided
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons of Sinnamon Crisp Wicked Apple Pie Seasoning
  • 1 Strawberry (sliced)

  • 2 quarts of Hot Water
  • 2 (8 oz) Ramekin Dishes (foil baking cups will work fine)
  • 1 Roasting or cake Pan

  • Set Grill or Oven to 325 Degrees
  • Separate Yolks from the egg whites and put them into a mixing bowl and mix them with ¼ cup of the sugar and Sinnamon Crisp seasoning. The egg whites will not be used in this recipe.
  • Slowly add Vanilla Extract and Heavy Cream to the mixture and whisk until combined.
  • Pour mixture into two ramekin dishes and place onto the pan. Pour the water onto the pan but not into the ramekins. This water is to help evenly distribute the heat.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until they have set but still have a slight jiggle in the middle.
  • Remove ramekins from the pan and refrigerate for at least two hours
  • Just before you are ready to serve, Sprinkle the remaining sugar onto the top of each dish evenly and use either a torch or broiler to melt the sugar and make a crispy, sweet layer.
  • Cut Strawberries into heart shaped slices and place them in the center of each Creme Brulee. Remember, Strawberries are aphrodisiacs.
