Ingredients:

  • 10-12 Fresh Jalapenos
  • 3 lbs Raw Pork Breakfast Sausage
  • 1 lbs Thin Sliced Bacon
  • 1 Bottle Tacticalories Hand Cannon Honey Habanero
  • 1 Bottle Tacticalories Sweet Peach Bourbon BBQ

Filling:

  • 2 packages of softened Cream Cheese
  • 1 Fresh Peach
  • 2 Tablespoons Tacticalories The Bowse Chipotle Pale Ale Hot Sauce

Pre-Heat smoker to 300*. Dice fresh peach. Mix fresh diced peach and 2 Tablespoons of The Bowse Hot Sauce into 2 packages of softened Cream Cheese. Remove ends and seeds from Jalapenos. Fill jalapenos with filling. Cover/wrap cream filled jalapenos in the raw breakfast sausage. Shape them into the shape of large eggs. Wrap the sausage with thin sliced bacon evenly. Season well with Tacticalories Hand Cannon Honey Habanero. Toss on the grill and cook for ~ 90 minutes @ 300*. After 70-80 minutes, paint with BBQ sauce then crank the heat to crisp the bacon. Remove from the grill and coat with Tacticalories Sweet Peach Bourbon BBQ. Slice and serve!
