YAMA Philly Cheesesteak Sliders

  • Yield: 12 Sliders
  • Equipment: Flat Top Griddle and Pellet Grill (oven is fine)

Ingredients:

  • 12 Slider Rolls (We used King's Hawaiian)
  • 1 Pound of Shaved Steak (preferably Ribeye)
  • 1 Onion (sliced)
  • 1 Bell Pepper (sliced)
  • Assault & Pepper Seven Pepper Seasoning Blend (to taste)
  • Yama Ghost & Garlic Soy Sauce (to taste)
  • 3 Tablespoons of Butter (Melted)
  • Cheese…Whatever cheese you want. I'm a “Whiz Wit” kind of guy but these Clowns wanted Shredded Mozz that day so I used a 16 oz bag

Instructions:

  • Preheat Pellet Grill or Oven to 350 Degrees
  • Turn one side of the Flat Top Griddle onto medium heat and the other on high
  • Saute the Peppers and Onions on the medium heat side. Pour in some Yamaand Assault & Pepper and Grill them until tender.
  • Once the Onions are caramelized, throw the Steak on the hot side. Pour in some Yama and Assault & Pepper and grill.
  • Once the Steak is browned, mix in the Peppers and Onions.
  • Cut the Slider Rolls in half. Make Sure to keep all 12 rolls intact and not separate.

Pro Tip: If you have space on the griddle, Grill the cut side of the Slider Rolls

  • Lay the Bottom half of the Slider Rolls onto a greased baking sheet
  • Add The Steak, Peppers and Onions on top and coat with Cheese.
  • Lay the Top half of the Sliders Rolls on top and brush on the Melted Butter
  • Bake for 20-25 Minutes and cut and serve
