BAD HOMBRE Fresh Ground Taco Seasoning

Great flavor with enough heat to make it interesting without burning the wimps. Lol
I seasoned a pork shoulder, smoked it for about 4 hours and then sous vide for 24 hours. Pork was incredibly tender and flavorful. Shredded the meat then crisped it up on a flat top with a little queso melted on top. Everybody loved the tacos.

I make a lot of taco-burritos. This gives me the flavor with some heat that I love. Recommend!!!
