I got 2 bottles of single barrel mop sauce, for a group MTB camping trip. I used it for some pulled pork cheese quesadillas. It was a smash hit, with the group.

Outstanding rub! I have a few others you put out as well, which are also my favorite but, this one, nails it!

Listen up folks, i made a bbq sauce, using 3 table spoons of this seasoning, then i aded 4 oz of tomato paste, 3 tablespoons of unsulfered, blackstrap molases to the mix, with 2 shots, if your favorite bourbon, added a pinch of papkika, and a quarter teaspon of cyanne pepper, added 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, and 3 tablespoons of white sugar! I let it cook, at like 3 on the stove top, for an hour, took it off, and let it cool! You have to let it cook low and slow for that long, to burn the alcohol off from the bourbon! So anyways, my bbq sauce, was simple, using this seasoning i just recieved! Banging product! Top notch, five stars! And i still buy their bbq sauce still cause, theyre just awesome!

Used it for the first time on some country ribs as a finish to get a nice, sweet sticky sauce and also warmed some for extra dipping. Ready to try it on something else this weekend.

it really brings out the flavor of the meat. it really doesnt mask it like other seem to do.

Tried some of this on smoked pork ribs last night, and it was the perfect pairing for the rub. Pretty sweet, but also the right amount of whiskey for the nose and palate. Will definitely buy again!

This is a great sauce. Like the description says it's a mop sauce so it's alot thinner that other sauces. I have used it on chicken and it's been really good.

How is it possible that an SPG is literally the best thing out there. Logic says this simple combination shouldn't blow your mind but it does! I LOVE primal and it gets used on almost everything!
