    So my mother in law had her knee replaced a week before Thanksgiving, which I volunteered to do the turkey solely to try this product. Got a free shady Brook farm turkey from work. Couple days before I found out you're not supposed to use this on a pre brined bird. Well I did. I started by rinsing the bird thoroughly, then placed it into this brine using apple cider. Did the rinse off when I pulled it. Filled it with stuffing then a fair amount of the GH seasoning. When the Turkey came out there was compliments all around the table. It didn't come out too salty at all which was the fear. Needless to say I think I landed turkey duty from here on out. Awesome product
