Ordered on a whim and then put my boyfriend to work! A few days of the brine and then threw it on the smoker. Turned out fantastic! Easy to follow instructions, excellent quality products and now we cannot have corned beef any other way. Ordering again because I didn’t get enough the first time!

Highland butcher brine
Really loved this brine. Used this to make my own cornbeef and pastrami. Followed the instructions given and watched video they put out. Was outstanding results. The pastrami was so flavorful. I’ve used other brines before. But this one blew them all out of water. Tender. Flavorful. Cornbeef was good also. Definitely recommend this product. I bought 3 more for future use.
