Making his living falling trees and hand hewing lumber, bartering it off for his next meal.Two notes on Butch; he had hands of stone and he knew how to enjoy a proper meal.Each time a prime cut was on the menu - Brisket, Prime Rib, Ribeye... Butch would grab his fresh herbs and spice and hand grind his hearty blend.A fair trade... a few hand-crafted Oak beams for a fresh cut prime roast from the local ranch. His beams held a roof over the very beef he consumed.Butch has passed but his legend lives on.

I hate sharing great reviews on stuff I love out of fear that the news will spread (okay, a bit dramatic) but this is worth it! Casey, this stuff is phenomenal! To the point where each order gets bigger, next order is the 3lb bag. So delicious on burgers, flank steak, ribeyes, you name it. Versatile and packed with flavor. Elevates a simple dish and is the absolute x factor for a perfect ribeye. I enjoy ground bison prepared in a no-fuss way... throw in pan, break in up, devour. The seasoning of choice that makes it over the top is right here. You wont regret this one. My advice: Buy two to avoid the regret later.

I’m a big salt and pepper fan on red meat. But this rub elevate the taste by a long shot. Tried it on ribeye last night and all the family asked me what’s different than usual. I’ll try and dust it on a brisket soon.
