    Awesome seasoning!

    The real deal.

    Carving house is the real deal. I love this stuff. I buy it by the pound and will never not have it in my arsenal. I use it on everything from steak to hamburgers, to pork chops, and even chicken. For me, it’s the Nori thing that really makes this an awesome seasoning. Look, you can add garlic, salt and pepper to a piece of meat and it’ll probably taste decent. But to use a seasoning like this, it’s fresh, it’s aromatic, and it’s damn delicious!Iit really brings out a new dimension to your food. If you have pride in the quality of meats you use, have pride in the quality of spices you use!
    From a practical point, the seasoning is a course grind that binds well to meats wether you’re grilling, smoking, or even baking in your oven. Many seasonings I’ve found, can be too course and end up as char or fall off, not this guy, it’s the perfect grind.
    As for flavor, it’s very unique, I love the added nori touch which really brings out a new dimension to foods… none of the ingredients are over whelming, they’re there in just the right proportion to stimulate those buds and make you want more. Now, if you were to ask me, is this the best seasoning ever?!? I’d be torn. I love this stuff, but man, I really love Tacticalories Big medicine too! Either way, they make some of the highest quality seasoning out there and are well worth the try.
