GOBBLER HOLLOW Bird Rub

This is my go to poultry an herb based rub hands down. Love using this when I need a hit of aromatics in a dish. Got it a couple years ago for Thanksgiving and kept it on hand since and use it in 99% of any chicken and veggies recipes. It's literally one of the most used rubs in my kitchen and I do a ton of cooking.

I love this rub for sous vide chicken breasts. Seal in the bag with the rub, refrigerate overnight, then into the bath at 140Deg F for 2 hours. Gobbler Hollow is the perfect mix between salty, herby, and heat. Makes meal preping for the week a pleasure knowing I'll be eating flavorful chicken rather than dry tasteless stringy mess.
