The flavor of this sauce is unique. There’s the Buffalo heat balanced with a sweetness. The garlic doesn’t punch through quite as much as I would like, but that’s just me. The sauce is crazy thick. If you refrigerate it after opening, you’ll likely need a butter knife to pry the goodness out of the bottle. But that thickness is awesome on some wings. I’m eager for a restock of this one because I am flying through this stuff.
