First things first, Pump Action Pumpkin Spice seasoning is perfect for pumpkin pie... Now, I know a lot of you don't own bakeries, so try it on a few different dishes like:

  • Sweet Potatoes / Yams
  • Baked / Grilled / Cooked Squash (Butternut, Acorn)
  • Brussel sprouts, cauliflower, onions, turnips, etc.
  • Use for paleo/primal friendly baking like pumpkin pie cookies, bread, waffles, and pancakes - just use in place of cinnamon.
  • Add to yogurt or ice cream for an amazing, better than store-bought treat.
  • Add to protein/greens shakes to kick up the flavor without adding junk!
  • Generally, 1/2 tsp does the trick to add "shoot you in the face" flavor.
  • COFFEE!!! Add 1 tablespoon per pot of coffee for amazing, naturally flavored pumpkin spice flavor!

Use anywhere you would typically use cinnamon!

Our own craft recipe blended with Cinnamon, Cloves, Ginger, and Nutmeg.

Can't get enough of this! It's a staple in my coffee and atop many root vegetables and squash!

I never got into the pumpkin spice craze, don't drink coffee or anything either. But when I read the suggestions for this on yogurt and ice cream etc VERY good on baked sweet potatoes and acorn squash. Highly recommended!

    Pump Action!

This is great. I've never been one to get excited over the pumpkin spice everything craze, but this is the real deal. Goes well with Pancakes, Coffee, Oatmeal, Yogurt, Sweet Potatoes, pretty much anything. I put some in my protein shakes after my workout as well!.

This seasoning is great. So far I've tried a few and love them all. This one however goes great in coffee, about 1/2tsp in a 12oz cup is perfect for me. Going to have to try this on some oatmeal as well. Like the flavor without the heavy taste of sugar.

    Pumpkin Everything

Love it - so far I've used it in coffee, tea, protein powder, pancakes and muffins. I carry it in my purse like a crazy old lady.
