Week 1 — Day 6 "Posterior  Chain Focus"

  1. Assault Athlete warm-up - 3x50 ft of the following... Side Step Lunges, Forward Jog, Backwards Jog, L Shuttle, R Shuttle, Bear Crawl
  2. Mobilize - Foam roll, light stretching, etc.
  3. Pause Squats. 8x2 @ 60%. Rest 1:00 max.
  4. Kettlebell Complex "Moderate" x 10 Rounds
    - 3 Double Kettlebell Cleans + 2 Front Racked KB Front Squat + 1 Double SOTS Press
  5. 30 Large Tire Flips for Time (12 minute cap)
  6. Front Rack KB Carry. 6x50'
    6B. Perform 8 slow burpees between each set
