STOVETOP SPICY CHICKEN AND HASHIngredients:
- 6-8oz Fresh Chicken Breast, Trimmed
- 2 Cups Frozen Shredded Hashbrowns, Plain
- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Coconut Oil
- Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- Chili Powder
- Pepper Flakes (Seasoning)
- Fresh Ground Pepper
- Sea Salt
Heat a medium sized skillet on a stovetop to medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of the oil of your choice. Place the fresh chicken breast in the pan once it's been heated. Add your desired amount of seasoning (chili powder, pepper flakes, fresh ground pepper, sea salt) and cook thoroughly.
Once the chicken is fully cooked, remove and place on a plate. Add the remaining tablespoon of oil into the heated pan. Add the frozen shredded hashbrowns to the pan and top with a generous amount of lemon pepper seasoning and mix frequently until they're thoroughly cooked. Feel free to add a little extra spice to the hashbrowns by adding some of the other seasonings you already have out.
