Bacon is an absolute staple in our kitchen. Not just any bacon, it has to be GOOD bacon. 

Do yourself a favor and find a local butcher that offers local, all natural bacon. The care that they apply to preparation is like no other. Ditch store-bought and help local businesses.

My personal location not only purchases their bacon from a local farm, but also employs a local business for the preparation and smoking process. That is a total of at least three local business that will benefit from my purchase. This doesn't take into account local feed stores or other agricultural outlets.

Aside from all that, it tastes so much better than store bought. So, do your part Mr. Money Maker... Eat local bacon.


Perfect Prep

Pre-heat oven to 425*. Lay bacon out on a aluminum foil covered cookie sheet.

Sprinkle on a little Craving House. The fresh ground salt, garlic, and onion is about to light this place up.

Bake for 20-25 mins @ 425. The small amount of pure cane sugar in the blend will actually caramelize the bacon and give it a light crisp coating. Enjoy!
