Apple Fritter BBQ Pork Belly Burnt Ends Sandwich

  • Set Smoker to 250 Degrees
  • Cut pork into 1 to 1.5 inch cubes and season with Deadshot Apple Cider Pork Rub
  • Spread out the Pork Belly cubes on a Wire Rack on top of a Disposable Aluminum Pan. 
  • PRO TIP- Put Baked Beans in the Disposable Aluminum Pan and let that shit drip.
  • Smoke for 2 ½ to 3 hours until the Bark is looking good.
  • Place the Cubes in a Disposable Aluminum Pan and add Butter and BBQ Sauce
  • Cover with foil and cook for another hour, mixing occasionally.
  • Remove and place on a sliced fresh Apple Fritter. Be prepared to be the envy of your neighborhood.
