- For a Fresh Ham (uncooked), smoke the ham in a disposable tin at 250 Degrees, 20 mins per pound. Look for an internal temp of 165
- For a Fully Cooked Ham, Smoke the ham in a disposable tin at 325 degrees, 15 minutes per pound. Look for an internal temp of 135 because it is already cooked, you're just reheating it.
