Drop Tine Spicy Jerky Recipe
- 1lb low-fat ground meat or strips of trimmed lean meat
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 3 Tablespoons of Drop Tine Spicy Jerky/Sausage Seasoning
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Drop Tine Cure
Mix ingredients together, coat both sides of meat, marinate, and refrigerate for 24 hours in a sealed plastic bag or food saver vacuum pack.
Bake on racks @ 150-175° for 4 hours or follow instructions provided with your food dehydrator.
