Pump Action Pumpkin Energy Bites

Check out this amazing recipe that was written by our friend Melissa of @bewellblueprint!

These are an awesome snack anytime and are perfect for the fall weather! 

Here's what you will need:

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (make sure this is just pumpkin, not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Tacticalories Pump Action Pumpkin Spice
  • 1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips (optional, my favorite are Enjoy Life chips)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix. I find it easiest to do with my hands. Scoop a spoonful into your hand and roll into a ball.

Refrigerate and enjoy! Do your best not to eat all of them at once.
