  • USPS Priority Mail Express: This service will not experience any delays at this time.

UPDATE 4/15/20 - Important Note

Here at Tacticalories, we have your back. We know you're relying on home-cooked flavor more than ever. For this, we're working harder than ever to fulfill you order in a timely manner. However, due to our increased safety measures mentioned below as well as unprecedented demand, orders may experience a slight delay in fulfillment. Our shipping carriers have also temporarily suspended guarantees on delivery timelines. Your order will land, just give it some time.

Additionally - during this time we may send product out with labels printed in house. Some of our manufacturing partners are closed and we do not want to hold back amazing tasting product for a pretty label. As my friend who wears a lot of green to work told me this morning, "War Rations... we care about taste not the label." We're fully operational and have never been more proud to make america taste great again. Contact us directly with any questions.

UPDATE 3/25/20 -

Tacticalories is operational and supplying essential ingredients to our food service partners as well as our web-based customers that rely on our ingredients for daily meal preparation. We are shipping daily via USPS direct to your doorstep.

We are working on a single occupancy basis to eliminate all points of contact between staff. We've also implemented an aggressive disinfection protocol throughout our daily process.

-----
After taking some time to absorb the latest updates on COVID-19, I felt it was necessary to update our customers on the current status of our company. This week, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) published information confirming that food products are not a source of transmission.
It is my belief that given the current state of the nation, our job has never been more important. In uncertain times, we need to think simply and effectively. Cooking at home is now a very real, fundamental part of our daily schedule. This can present some new challenges for people. For many, this is an entirely new concept. This is where my job, and all of the team at Tacticalories begins.
We are committed to sharing all that we know about healthy meal preparation tactics. We’re planning to team-up with partners to share food prep information to help our community as we navigate through these times.
To be transparent, over 95% of our business volume is Direct to Consumer - meaning, directly from Tacticalories to the Customer via one of our various shipping methods. Although we are planning a future build-out, we do not currently offer in-store shopping and we do not operate a store-front for the public. Tacticalories operates utilizing a small team of local employees in our two manufacturing partner-facilities as well as our HQ and warehouse.
The health and safety of our customers is our top priority and we have taken additional precautionary measures passed on to us by multiple health agencies. I’ve spoken with our manufacturing partners and they are committed to the same practices. As we move forward, we cannot control or predict the future. I will stay in touch with updates on our business operations.
At this point, all non-essential staff are working remotely. We are continuing to grind, mix, and pack fresh seasonings and we are processing shipments on a daily basis as normal.
Effective immediately, we will be including a free dip mix packet with each order. These mixes are simple to make by combining with a few household ingredients. It’s our hope that they can make a fresh dish to pass around your dinner table.
We will get through this - we might as well make it taste good…
