STUMP JUMPER

Used for New York Strip choice steak. Marinaded for a couple of hours. Delicious alternative to the standard salt & pepper.

My absolute favorite steak marinade. Nothing else compares.

Used the Stump Jumper on some wild duck breast. It complimented the wild flavor wonderfully. I let the breasts marinade a few days and then put it in the smoker until internal temp got to 155, delicious.

I wanted to try something different, so I marinated baby back ribs in this stuff before coating with Adirondack smoke. These were, in my humble opinion, my favorite ribs that I’ve made to date and will be using this moving forward.

This marinade is fantastic, but I found an extra special use. I added it to Ground Beef as a version of a Sloppy Joe, or a Runza, depending on where you live. It was out of this world. Best new sandwich I've made in a long.
