Week 1 — Day 4 "Endurance Day"
- Assault Athlete warm-up - 3x50 ft of the following... Side Step Lunges, Forward Jog, Backwards Jog, L Shuttle, R Shuttle, Bear Crawl
- Mobilize - Foam roll, light stretching, etc.
- 20 Minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)
- 5 Push Ups
- 10 Squats
- 15 Crunches
- Jog 20 Lap Around Room or hit 10 jump ropes
