LEMON PREPPER Baked Tilapia

This dish is a very quick, quality meal for those watching their carbohydrate intake.

Ingredients:
• 4 tilapia fillets (fresh or thawed)
• 1 tablespoon of butter, melted
• 2 tablespoons of EVOO
• 1.5oz of lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons Tacticalories Lemon Prepper Seasoning
• 1/8 teaspoon salt

Preparation:
• Pre-heat oven to 425°.
• Place the tilapia fillets in an ungreased baking dish, 13”x9” preferred.
• In a bowl, combine butter, EVOO, lemon juice, lemon prepper seasoning and salt.
• Pour combination evenly over all fillets.
• Bake uncovered at 425° for 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
