High Protein Tuna Patties

This recipe is easy to prep, inexpensive and as you can see below, this meal provides a great macronutrient breakdown.


  • 1 can of Tuna (in water, drained)
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1oz crackers
  • Tacticalories Seasoning of choice
  • Onions (Optional)

• Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
• In a hot pan or skillet (with coconut oil/EVOO), pour into two "patties".
• Once the mixture begins to harden up and the eggs are no longer runny, carefully flip them over.
• I like to use Assault & Pepper seasoning blend for taste.
