Apple Pie Pork Belly and Brie Slammers

This recipe makes 8 Bites, multiply if needed


  • 1 tube of crescent roll sheet dough
  • 8 Apple Pork Belly Burnt Ends, sauced

  • 1 small wheel of Brie Cheese (cubed into 8 Pieces)
  • 1 Jalapeno (Sliced)


  • Preheat Oven to 375 degrees
  • Lay the dough out flat and use either a star cookie cutter or just cut it into 8 squares. We used a 6 point star cookie cutter 
  • Put a cube of Brie into the center of the cut out and then place a Pork Belly Burnt End on top of the Brie. Top the Pork Belly with a slice of Jalapeno.
  • Pull a corner of the Crescent Dough to the center of the Jalapeno and repeat with all corners. 
  • Bake on a Baking dish at 375 for 15 minutes
