Assault & Pepper Potato Wedges

Assault & Pepper Potato Wedges

Potato Wedges = Good.

Long, Confusing Recipes = Bad.

Short and sweet... These turned out to be one of our family favorites that we make at least once a week.

  • Preheat oven to 400*.
  • Wash full size potatoes.
  • Slice in half lengthwise, then slice each half into 4-6 wedges.
  • Grease the cookie sheet (I always lay a sheet of aluminum foil down first).
  • Drizzle with olive oil and Assault & Pepper seasoning.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, flip all of the wedges over. Bake 15 more minutes.
  • Finish with 5 additional minutes of broiling.

They turn out perfect... Amazing taste. So easy and REAL FOOD. Kids loved them and so did we. Enjoy!
