This one blew our mind. We had NO clue this would turn out so awesome. My parents are in town so we needed something that would taste bomb and not have us stuck in the kitchen.

Tossed a 5LB Stay Classy Meats Montana grown bone-in pork shoulder on the Recteq RT-340 pellet grill earlier this morning. I used a basic mustard binder with Adirondack Smoke BBQ rub.

225° for 4 hours — when it hit 160° and had a nice bark on the outside, we pulled it off and topped with a generous amount of our Grilled Pineapple Margarita Stir-fry Sauce.

I wrapped it in 4 layers of aluminum foil, en route to 205° which took a total of about 7 hours. After letting it rest wrapped for 20-30 minutes, I dumped into a large bowl. Tossed 1/2 cup of Grilled Pineapple Margarita Stirfry Sauce into the mix, followed by a shot of Jameson. For no other reason besides Jameson makes everything better. And, then shredded and tossed well until all the juices and shots were soaked up.

UN-FREAKIN-REAL ..... We had a fresh bottle of Country Thiccc BBQ on the table and it barely got touched.

What a unique flavor combo — definitely something I’ll be keeping in my arsenal. 💣 WEAPONIZED FLAVOR by Tacticalories. 👽
